Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once the order status is marked as "Processed" or "Shipped," cancellations will no longer be possible.
Refund Process
- If your order is successfully cancelled before processing, you will receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) and typically reflect within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
